Image Generation (“Crowns”)

PopGrinder offers a feature to generate stylized avatar images inspired by Funko-style collectibles and/or other brands using photos you upload. This service uses virtual credits called “Crowns”.

• ✓ Transformation processed via OpenAI's API.
• ✓ Photos are used only for the requested transformation and deleted after processing is completed, within the time strictly necessary to provide the service.
• ✓ Generated images stored temporarily for 7 days then permanently deleted.
• ✓ Users retain full ownership for personal use.

Payments & Images

• Subscription & Refunds

  Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time through your app store settings.

• Image Management

  You are responsible for uploaded content. We process and store images only when you upload them to create or manage Custom Items. Images uploaded for other features, including Image Generation (“Crowns”), are not reused for database improvement and are not retained beyond the time strictly needed to provide that feature.

• Items & Stickers Disclaimer

  Item and sticker images are reference-only and may be user-submitted, community-reported, AI-generated, edited, or third-party sourced. They may differ from the original third-party product (colors, finish, shape, packaging, and other visual details), and PopGrinder does not guarantee perfect correspondence with the official physical product sold or distributed by the relevant brand or retailer.
